The emergency economic plan of the Pakistan Business Council continues the proposal of taxa on wholesalers and retailers

The Pakistan Business Council (PBC) has demanded the government take more loans from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as soon as possible.

The Pakistan Business Council has issued an emergency economic plan to restructure non-commercial foreign debt, and renegotiate the 7th NFC Award.

PBC demanded the immediate release of raw materials ordered for export, and stop the illegal transfer of millions of dollars to Afghanistan.

The PBC suggested banning non-tax filers from overseas credit card purchases, working from home four days a week and working from home one day a week, and putting clocks forward one hour for daylight savings.

The government should immediately stop the purchase of vehicles, raise gas prices, impose a tax on wholesalers, and retailers and impose a 10% sales tax on petrol and diesel.
