US State Department spokesperson Ned Price has said that it is Pakistan's right to defend against terrorism, Pakistani people have suffered severe losses from terrorist attacks.

Giving a press briefing in Washington, Ned Price said that the Taliban should be asked to fulfill their promises and that Afghan soil should not be used as a launching pad for terrorism.

Ned Price stated that they are evaluating what steps can be taken against the Taliban's decisions.
