Second ODI: Australian women's team wins series by defeating Pakistan by 10 wickets
The Australian women's team won the series by defeating Pakistan by 10 wickets in the second ODI.
In the match played in Brisbane, Australia easily achieved the target of 126 runs without loss in the 20th over.
Australia's 19-year-old opening batsman Phoebe Litchfield hit her second consecutive 50, scoring 67 off 61 balls. Apart from this, opener Beth Mooney also scored 55 runs.
On behalf of Pakistan, Nida Dar remained the top scorer by scoring 24 runs.
At the beginning of the match, Pakistani captain Bisma Maruf won the toss and decided to bat, but the national team could only play 43 overs and the old team got out after scoring 125 runs.
Earlier, Australia defeated Pakistan by 8 wickets in the first ODI.
The last and third match of the series will be played on January 21.
