Showbiz personalities have expressed their anger after the government dropped petrol bombs on the public. Besides, social media has been showered with memes on the increase in petrol prices.

Former artist Rabi Pirzada recalled Quaid-e-Azam in the wake of hearing the new price of petroleum announced in the country.


Rabi wrote that 'we have no leadership, no vision, we are no longer a nation, we are only a group of people who prefer their personal interests over the motherland'.

In a tweet Actress, Samina Peerzada showed her anger and said "Country's progress is in the progress of people, just let’s do it, oppressors, let mother earth live, let people live, let people breathe."

Arslan Naseer, a famous YouTuber, and actor  wrote 'should poverty be eliminated from the country or the poor people?'


Why are you all so worried?' Wait for another bomb, just talk and talk no action. Actress and host Mishi Khan wrote.


"Still long queues for petrol, more cars on the road and don't forget Tim Horton's coffee but enjoy the 8th edition of PSL," he taunted the public.


Mishi further said that "this nation doesn't affect, just keep talking on social media, for 2 more days but no action is taken and wait for another inflation bomb to explode".
