Karachi: In Pakistan Super League (PSL) 8, Karachi Kings suffered their second consecutive defeat at home ground, Islamabad United won the match by 4 wickets.


In the fourth match of PSL 8, Karachi Kings gave Islamabad United a target of 174 runs to win, and Islamabad achieved the target with a loss of 6 wickets.


Islamabad won the toss and decided to field first, Karachi scored 173 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.


Haider Ali scored 59 runs and Sharjeel Khan scored 34 runs for Karachi. Islamabad's Ruman Rais, Mohammad Wasim Jr, and Tom Karan took two wickets each.


In reply, Islamabad achieved the target for the loss of 6 wickets in 18.2 overs. On behalf of Islamabad, Colin Munro scored 58 runs and Azam Khan stood out by scoring 44 runs.


On behalf of Karachi, Muhammad Amir and Muhammad Musa dismissed two players each.


This is the second consecutive defeat of Karachi Kings on home ground in HBL PSL this season, in the first match Karachi Kings were defeated by Peshawar Zalmi.
