Crude oil prices in the global market have fallen sharply.
LONDON: Crude oil prices fell by 4 percent due to the possibility of a slowdown in the global economy.
According to the foreign news agency, oil prices fell due to the increasing number of corona cases in China and fears of a slowdown in the global economy.
On Wednesday, the price of British crude Brent crude oil fell by $3.53 a barrel to $78.57 a barrel.
In addition, the price of US crude oil West Texas Intermediate decreased by 3.37 dollars to 73.56 dollars per barrel.
It should be noted that the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has warned that the world economy will face difficulties in 2023 because economic activities in the economies considered important for global growth this year, i.e. there is a possibility of America, Europe, and China, will slow down.
