Pakistan's famous actress Mahira Khan has said that people criticize me unnecessarily from anonymous accounts on social media, but they cannot speak in front of me.

This was said by actress Mahira Khan during a program titled 'Ek Sham Mahira Ke Naam' under the auspices of the Arts Council in Karachi on Monday.

During the program, when the host Anwar Maqsood asked Mahira Khan a question regarding trolling against her on social media, she expressed her desire to give a blue tick to the users on every social media platform so that the trolling user can be notified. Identification is easy.

In a video posted by the handle Nayla Amir on the social media platform Twitter, the actress says people criticize me unnecessarily, I don't know if the government can do anything or not. But I definitely know that through NIC, verified accounts are created on social media.

"In case everyone has a verified account then there's no room for them to say anything."

Referring to the fake accounts on social media, Mahira Khan said, "The problem is that you are trolling with anonymous accounts (accounts that do not reveal the real identity). '

"I am sure that there will likely be one of us who will troll and compose something, but when that comes in front of us, he will never verbally abuse us."

According to him, the anonymous people behind the computer can write anything but "I can't do that because everyone will know it's Mahira."

It should be noted that the user's identity is verified to get a blue tick on social media.

Holders of fake accounts cannot receive a verification blue tick.
