In the year 2023, how much amount in the account will be deducted as Zakat? Curriculum announced

Karachi: The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Security has released the Zakat syllabus for 2023.

The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Security has issued a notification on the zakat rate, according to which zakat will be applicable on savings accounts with a balance of Rs 1 lakh 3 thousand 159 or more.

According to the notification, Zakat will not be deducted from savings accounts with a balance of less than 1 lakh 3 thousand 159 rupees.
