Kiwi bowler Ferguson expects tough competition from Pakistan in the ODI series

New Zealand fast bowler Lockie Ferguson says that Pakistan is expecting tough competition in the ODI series.

Speaking to Geo News, Lockie Ferguson said that both the teams have been close in the Test series, ODIsand will not be different. I have come to Pakistan for the first time it feels good to be here.

He said that he has not played in Pakistan before, but heand has asked fellow players about the conditions, the wicket looks favorable for batting, and it is difficult to beat any team in its home conditions.

Lockie Ferguson said that it was a good performance when they played against Pakistan in UAE, I would like to repeat the same, there are many good batsmen in the current Pakistan team.

Lockie Ferguson said that the conditions of the subcontinent are very different from New Zealand, the conditions of the subcontinent have been assessed by playing the IPL, every country has different conditions, and the player's job is to adjust.

He said that there will be good competition between bowling and batting, I will try to adapt to the conditions as soon as possible and play my role, hopefully, a good crowd will come to the field for the ODI series.

It should be noted that the first one-day match of the three-match series between Pakistan and New Zealand will be played on Monday, the second match on Wednesday, and the third match on Friday.

All three matches are part of the International Cricket Council Cricket World Cup Super League.
