Pakistan cricket team batsman Shaun Masood will get married on January 21 and his valima occasion will be on January 27.

After the New Zealand series, 33-year-old Shaan Masood will get married to Nische Khan from Peshawar on January 21, 2023, in Peshawar, while their wedding ceremony will be held in Karachi.

In a special conversation with GeoNews, the vice-captain of the Pakistan cricket team, Shan Masood, says that he is getting married of his choice, the bride has been his best friend and now she is going to be his life partner, his first marriage with her. The meeting took place in Lahore.

Shaan Masood told that his bride belongs to Peshawar and they have an old fellowship with her which is presently turned into an extraordinary relationship they are exceptionally blissful that they are getting the best life partner, she is the best for them. Will also help the man to become the best cricketer as his character has changed a lot since she came into his life.

He expressed that following 33 years, he understood that life outside the game is vital, and there ought to be a family.

 Shaan Masood said that he is happy that he is getting married outside the circle to another family. Shaan Masood said that he had given a preliminary of the sherwani and after a meaningful conversation it was concluded that he would wear the sherwani on his wedding day. They will dress but will not wear Qala.

Discussing proficient life separated from individual life, Shan Masood said that the vice captain's role is vital, if he doesn't fit in that frame of mind of the players available, then he is not in the playing XI of the team.

He said that I am a professional player, I never complained about any role, I adjusted my position in T20 and Test cricket, this is all a part of the game, whenever I get an opportunity, I try to give good results for the team. The mindset of all the 16 players involved should be to try to give their best performance whenever they get the chance.

In a conversation with Geo News, Shan Masood said that he takes every decision of the team positively and never complains. It is up to the batsman how he fits himself into the team.

Shan Masood said that New Zealand is a strong white ball team and Pakistan is playing in its condition after a long time. After four years, he has returned to the ODI squad. The example of Sarfraz Ahmed is in front of everyone, he was a champion captain, first from the playing XI and then out of the team, but he continued to work hard instead of losing heart.

Regarding his performance in the Test series against England and New Zealand, Shaun Masood said that he is not satisfied with his performance in the Test series, he did not take advantage of the opportunities he got, and he did not choose well many times.
