The Lahore High Court disposed of the petition to remove Imran Khan from the post of Chairman of PTI

The Lahore High Court dismissed the petition to remove Imran Khan from the post of Chairman of PTI as ineffective.

Cases related to Imran Khan's disqualification were heard by a 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Amir Bhatti of Lahore High Court.

Petitioner Advocate Afaq Ahmed appeared in the court and said that the Election Commission is not disqualifying Imran Khan from the post of Chairman, to which the Chief Justice remarked that after the action of the Election Commission, your petition has apparently become ineffective. After the Election Commission's notice, your problem has been solved.

Advocate Afaq Ahmed said that my application has not become ineffective yet, listen to my arguments after Azhar Siddique's application, on which Justice Ameer Bhatti said that Azhar Siddique has now become Imran Khan himself a petitioner, a voter of the constituency. The application is also apparently ineffective.

Azhar Siddique said that he admits that Imran Khan's application is going on in a single bench.

The full bench of the Lahore High Court dismissed the petition to remove Imran Khan from the post of Chairman of PTI as ineffective.

After the constituency's voter's petition against Imran Khan's disqualification in prohibited funding was withdrawn, the court dismissed this petition as well.
