The Prime Minister inaugurated an 1100 MW power project in Karachi

Karachi: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif inaugurated the third phase of the 1100 MW power project.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif inaugurated the 1100-megawatt nuclear power project in Canap, Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah, Energy Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan and Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal were also present at the inauguration ceremony.

With the inauguration of nuclear power plant 3, the production of electricity will reach 2200 megawatts. Cheap electricity is being generated from the K3 power plant project and from Canap 3 at Rs.12 per unit.
