Women's League exhibition match: Amazons beat Superwomen by 41 runs, level series

In the second Women's League exhibition match played on the occasion of HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL), Amazons defeated Super Women by 41 runs to level the three-match series at one.


Danny White's 97 runs helped the team while Superwomen's Lorraine Winfield Hill's 80 runs went in vain.


Chasing 205 runs, Superwomen scored 163 runs for 9 wickets. Superwomen's Lorraine Winfield Hill's 80 runs went in vain, with Iram Javed 28, Chamari Atapatthu 17, and Muneeba Ali 11.


Anam Amin of Amazon got four wickets by giving 17 runs. Fatima Sana Doo, Danny White, and Ghulam Fatima took one wicket each.


Amazon scored 204 runs for three wickets in the allotted overs in the first batting. Danny White scored 97 runs. Bisma Maroof played an unbeaten inning of 73 runs.


The three-match series between the Amazons and Superwomen is tied at one apiece. The third and final match of the women's league will be played tomorrow in Rawalpindi.


On the 8th of March, the Women's League exhibition's first match, Super Women defeated Amazon by 8 wickets.
