Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed's web series 'Barzakh' selected for the international festival

Karachi: Pakistani superstar Fawad Khan and gorgeous actress Sanam Saeed's web series 'Barzakh' has been selected for the International Film Festival.

According to foreign media reports, Pakistan Showbiz's 'Barzakh' has been nominated for awards like Best Series, Best Director, Best Actor, and Actress in the 'World Series Mania Festival'.

Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed, who became famous from the Pakistani drama 'Zindagi Gulzar Hai', have shown the essence of acting in the series 'Barzakh' of Indian television 'Zee Zindagi', while it is directed by Asim Abbasi and this web series is directed by Waqas Hasan Hassan. Produced by Hassan and Shailja Kejriwal.

The story of this web series revolves around the family of an aging man who is looking for love. The series also talks about the problems and difficulties between father and son passed down from generation to generation.

The series is shot in the popular tourist destinations of Pakistan, Hunza, and Karachi. The series is yet to be released but will be screened at the 'Series Mania Festival' in France from March 17 to 24.
